At Otti's, the food is top-notch and well worth the price. But you also have to be able to live with the fact that sometimes he is not in a great mood if everything is not going well. But that makes him human and his team supports him to the best of their ability. So, all good!

Very tasty food.

Yesterday evening I called the Alt Burghaun Restaurant around 10:50 p.m. Me and my parents are long-established Burghauners and really wanted to order a schnitzel on Friday evening. We checked the website beforehand to see how long you were open. Then we were already happy when we saw that it was open until 00:00. So I called in a friendly way and answered by name. The boss answered the phone personally and in a very unfriendly manner, without answering by name and stepping yes? Instead of getting a friendly answer, there were rhetorical questions and insults as to whether I would no longer have to call them all at this time and what I would dare to call to want to order something After this absurd answer I said that it said on the website that it was open until midnight, whether I could order anything more. This replies insulting, dismissive and so unfriendly as I've never seen a regular customer and hung up cheekily! My parents know the boss very well. I don't understand how you can treat a customer so unfairly, even though the boss himself apparently incorrectly stated the times on the website! I even celebrated my birthday here ... sadly then treated like that, but being a regular customer is probably not very important here I will never call here again, let alone order something !!! Service is nice and charming. The food tastes good and the biggest plus point is that I was allowed to order something that wasn't on the menu. Big compliments.

Great restaurant, good food and nice staff 👍

We were just passing through and were looking for a restaurant to eat in the evening. Here we were very surprised by the friendliness, the low prices and the great quality. And the presentation and preparation, great. Don't think about staying here for 1 week as there is a beautiful landscape and well-developed bike paths.
